Put the disclosure where readers will see it, preferably at the beginning. Paste the post URL into your private entry email. Repeated, copied, automated, or near-duplicate posts do not earn additional entries.

After your core entry is validated, MADGER replies with your unique Entry ID (for example, MLH-0001). Give that ID to one friend. Your friend must place it in the REFERRER ENTRY ID field of their own private email and complete a valid core entry by the deadline.

Referral Verification

The friend bonus is credited to the referrer only after the referred friend's core entry becomes valid. No self-referrals. One friend may credit only one referrer. Each entrant may receive at most one friend bonus.

A referred friend still gets their own normal core entry and may independently earn their own X and friend bonuses under the same rules.

Official Rules — MADGER Launch Hunt
  1. No purchase necessary. Buying, holding, trading, sending, or otherwise using $MADGER, SOL, or any other asset is not required and does not improve the chance of winning.
  2. Sponsor and official intake. MADGER administers the promotion through madgercoin.com. The authoritative entry mailbox is entries@madgercoin.com. The authoritative email subject is “MADGER Launch Hunt Entry — MLH26.”
  3. Promotion period. Entries must be received from August 27, 2026 at 14:00 UTC through September 1, 2026 at 14:00 UTC. The received timestamp in the official mailbox controls.
  4. Eligibility. Open to natural persons age 18 or older who may lawfully participate and receive the stated prize where they live. Void where prohibited or restricted. Persons directly administering the drawing and their immediate household members are not eligible.
  5. Core entry. A valid core entry requires a correct Burrow Field Mark, a Telegram username, country/region, affirmative age/eligibility confirmation, timely receipt, and no disqualifying duplicate or identity condition. Telegram membership must be verifiable before a prize is awarded.
  6. Entry ID. After a core entry is validated, MADGER may reply with a unique Entry ID used for administration and referral verification. An Entry ID is not transferable and does not itself constitute a prize.
  7. X bonus. One additional entry unit may be earned by one original public X post made during the promotion that mentions @madgercoin, clearly discloses its connection to this giveaway using #MADGERGiveaway, remains accessible for verification, and complies with X rules. Positive sentiment is not required. Repeated, copied, automated, or materially duplicate posts are not eligible for additional credit.
  8. Verified-friend bonus. One additional entry unit may be earned by a referrer when one friend includes the referrer's confirmed Entry ID in the friend's own timely submission and that friend's core entry becomes VALID. No self-referrals. One referred entrant may credit only one referrer. Each entrant may receive at most one verified-friend bonus.
  9. Entry limit. Maximum three entry units per natural person: one core, one X bonus, and one verified-friend bonus. Multiple identities, multiple accounts used to circumvent limits, reused X posts, impersonation, automation, purchased engagement, or other manipulation may result in disqualification.
  10. Prizes. Six prizes totaling $75 in USD value: $30, $20, $10, and three $5 prizes. Each prize is paid in SOL after winner verification. One prize maximum per person. A wallet is not required to enter.
  11. Drawing and odds. Winners are selected from eligible entry units after the promotion closes. The administration record may freeze and hash the eligible ticket ledger and use public post-close randomness to produce a reproducible ranking. A selected person is removed from subsequent prize awards. Odds depend on the number of eligible entry units received.
  12. Winner verification. Potential winners are contacted through the email used to enter and may be required to reconfirm eligibility and Telegram membership before award. A potential winner must respond within 72 hours. Only after verification will MADGER request a Solana wallet address.
  13. Payout record. The USD prize value is converted to SOL for payment. MADGER records the conversion reference, SOL amount, destination wallet, and on-chain transaction signature in the contest administration ledger.
  14. Taxes and fees. Winners are responsible for obligations that apply to them. MADGER will not require a winner to pay MADGER a fee to receive a prize.
  15. Integrity. MADGER may investigate and disqualify entries reasonably determined to involve fraud, impersonation, automation, manipulation, self-referral, duplicate identities, or material violation of these rules.
  16. Platform independence. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, Telegram, Solana, or Raydium.
  17. Privacy. Entry information is used for contest administration, duplicate/fraud checks, referral attribution, winner contact, prize fulfillment, and necessary records. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, wallet credentials, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
  18. Launch independence. The giveaway is separate from token market activity. Participation creates no right to buy tokens, receive tokens other than a stated prize paid in SOL, or access any market.
  19. General. MADGER may suspend, cancel, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, legal restriction, security incident, or another condition materially impairs fair administration, subject to applicable law and fair treatment of legitimate entries.
