THE BURROW / COLLABORATOR STANDARD

WORK CLEAR.
DIG TOGETHER.

This is the public operating framework for MADGER administrators, creators, moderators, KOLs, referral partners, contractors, and other contributors. It explains what can be expected, what must be approved, and what nobody is authorized to promise.

HOW CONTRIBUTION IS RECOGNIZED.

01 / CURRENT WORK

Stable-value base compensation

Where an executed engagement and approved budget provide it, recurring work is paid in USD, USDC, SOL, or another agreed stable-value method. Participation alone does not create a salary or payment entitlement.

02 / MEASURABLE RESULTS

Performance incentives

Bonuses require written goals, attributable results, evidence, and approval. Views, followers, raids, referrals, or activity that cannot be verified do not qualify.

03 / LONG-TERM ALIGNMENT

MADGER vesting

Any MADGER award is documented, capped, and vested. It is not an unrestricted wallet transfer. Unearned or unvested discretionary portions may be cancelled under the applicable written terms.

04 / COMMUNITY VALUE

Contribution points

Points recognize useful participation, reliability, service, and community impact. Unless a written award says otherwise, points are reputation records—not cash, tokens, equity, or a promise of future payment.

05 / FAIR SCOPE

Role and pay bands

Compensation reflects responsibility, time commitment, specialist skill, measurable impact, project stage, and available treasury—not title, proximity to leadership, or follower count alone.

06 / REGULAR REVIEW

Recalibration

Roles, goals, budgets, and bands may be reviewed quarterly or when project conditions materially change. Earned compensation is not confiscated because market conditions change.

NO MYSTERY. NO SIDE DEALS.

Written scope first

Role, deliverables, reporting line, term, review cadence, compensation method, and termination rules are documented before recurring work begins.

Evidence-based review

Work is assessed using records appropriate to the role: completed deliverables, moderation logs, campaign analytics, referrals, response time, quality, and community outcomes.

Stage-aware budgets

MADGER is pre-trading. Team spending must remain affordable. Compensation can grow only when durable, documented project resources support it.

Transparent approvals

No administrator may approve their own award. Material payments, token grants, and exceptions require recorded review under the applicable approval threshold.

Independent obligations

Collaborators are responsible for their own tax, regulatory, disclosure, and professional obligations unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

No investment promise

Compensation, points, roles, access, or collaboration do not guarantee token value, liquidity, profits, continued work, or future awards.

THE TEAM CANNOT RUG THE SYSTEM.

Operational controls

  • Treasury, operating funds, community rewards, and liquidity are separated by purpose.
  • Collaborators do not receive custody of liquidity or unrestricted treasury access.
  • Token awards use vesting, per-person limits, program caps, and documented approvals.
  • Emissions and unlocks are limited by treasury policy and market-capacity review.
  • Large or exceptional awards require enhanced review and cannot be self-approved.
  • Material program activity is summarized for stakeholders without exposing private or security-sensitive data.

PROMOTE HONESTLY. MEASURE CLEANLY.

Disclose the relationship

Paid, incentivized, referred, or token-compensated promotion must be disclosed clearly and comply with the platform and applicable law.

Use attributable results

Referral rewards require approved links or records, valid participants, defined attribution windows, and anti-sybil review.

No manufactured activity

Wash trading, fake accounts, bought engagement, duplicated claims, misleading screenshots, undisclosed self-referrals, and coordinated market manipulation disqualify the activity.

No price or return claims

Collaborators may communicate verified facts and approved campaign language. They may not guarantee price, returns, listings, liquidity, partnerships, or launch outcomes.

THE FRAMEWORK IS THE GOAL. WE BUILD INTO IT.

MADGER intends to grow into the full professional compensation system described above. That is the destination—not a claim that every feature, pay band, recurring salary, points program, or token grant is funded and operating on day one. We will start with clear, affordable creator engagements and expand only as verified resources and operating capacity support them.

STARTING POINT / NOWDefined creator projects

Written deliverables, a fixed campaign or trial scope, an agreed payment or reward if applicable, and evidence-based completion. No assumed salary and no hidden promise.

BUILDING STAGERepeatable working relationships

Reliable creators may receive recurring briefs, clearer role bands, scheduled reviews, and performance incentives when the operating budget can sustain them.

LONG-TERM GOALFull MCCP operation

Stable-value base compensation for core roles, formal performance grants, carefully vested MADGER awards, contribution points, published caps, and mature reporting controls.

Is MADGER hiring every creator on a recurring salary now?

No. MADGER is beginning with selected, defined projects and limited recurring roles. A salary, retainer, token allocation, or continuing engagement exists only when it is offered and confirmed in writing.

How do I propose a collaboration?

Send a short proposal with your channels or portfolio, audience profile, the content or service you can deliver, timing, price, usage terms, and examples of relevant results. Specific proposals are easier to evaluate than general requests to “collab.”

What kinds of creators are a fit?

MADGER may work with original meme artists, illustrators, animators, video editors, streamers, writers, educators, community hosts, photographers, musicians, and crypto-native storytellers whose work fits the brand and can be used responsibly. Audience quality and craft matter more than follower count alone.

Will every accepted creator be paid the same way?

No. Depending on the brief and available budget, an engagement may use a fixed stable-value payment, milestone payment, approved performance bonus, vested MADGER award when available, or a clearly identified unpaid community contribution. The arrangement is disclosed before work begins.

Do contribution points automatically become money or MADGER?

No. Points document useful participation and reputation. They do not automatically convert into cash, tokens, equity, employment, or future work. Any separate award must be approved and documented.

Will MADGER ask me to create content before discussing compensation?

A public open call may invite optional submissions under published rules. For commissioned work, the brief should establish scope, review expectations, compensation if any, and intended usage before substantial work begins. Do not assume a casual conversation is a commission.

Who owns the content I create?

The written brief should say whether MADGER receives a limited campaign license, an exclusive license, or full ownership, and whether the creator may display the work in a portfolio. No one should infer usage rights from a chat message alone.

Can I keep creative control?

Creators are hired for their voice, but official MADGER work must respect the approved character identity, exact mint, campaign facts, safety language, platform rules, and review process. Material factual or brand changes require approval before publication.

How are performance bonuses measured?

The brief must define the eligible result and evidence before launch—for example approved deliverables, attributable conversions, retained engagement, valid referrals, or campaign-specific milestones. Purchased engagement, bots, wash activity, duplicated claims, or unverifiable screenshots do not count.

Do I need to buy or hold MADGER to collaborate?

No. A creator should never be required to buy or hold MADGER merely to submit a proposal or complete ordinary commissioned work. MADGER will not promise that holding a token improves selection or compensation.

What disclosures are required for sponsored content?

Paid, gifted, referred, or token-incentivized content must be disclosed clearly in the content itself and follow applicable law and platform policy. Creators may not present advertising as independent commentary.

May I promise price growth, returns, listings, or launch results?

No. Creators may use verified facts and approved campaign language, but may not guarantee or imply token price, profit, liquidity, exchange listings, partnerships, or launch outcomes.

When and how will I be paid?

The written brief should state the payment method, amount or calculation, approval milestone, invoice or wallet requirements, and expected payment window. MADGER will not publish one universal payment promise that exceeds its launch-stage resources.

Can an administrator promise me a deal?

Only a written offer from an authorized MADGER decision-maker creates an engagement. Moderators, community admins, creators, and referral partners cannot bind MADGER merely because they hold a title or manage a channel.

What happens if the project grows?

MADGER's goal is to expand proven creator relationships into repeat work, formal role bands, stable-value base compensation for core contributors, performance incentives, and carefully vested long-term awards. Growth will be earned and budgeted—not promised in advance.

PROTECT THE BURROW.

  • Never request or share a seed phrase, private key, password, or authentication code.
  • Never take custody of community funds or promise reimbursement without written authority.
  • Never imply that an admin title authorizes financial, legal, or launch commitments.
  • Never publish confidential compensation, personal data, wallet-security details, or embargoed launch material.
  • Report suspected fraud, impersonation, conflicts, duplicated claims, or compromised access promptly.
  • Violations may result in withheld unearned incentives, access removal, termination, and preservation of evidence.

READY TO CONTRIBUTE?

BRING VALUE.
KEEP RECEIPTS.

Send a concise proposal describing the work, deliverables, timeline, evidence of capability, and requested compensation structure. An introduction or conversation is not an engagement until MADGER confirms it in writing.
